The primary responsibilities of this position are to identify growth opportunities for mid-to long-tail hotels, carry out experiments, and monitor data for the global teams' Partner Development team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the regional team to plan and implement international experiments and initiatives that will have a noticeable effect on each market.

Additionally, the Performance Marketing Team creates a fantastic learning atmosphere. Working directly with professionals from around the globe who have different backgrounds will allow you to learn and develop.

The data analyst will help with the forecasting and budgeting process for workforce planning as well as the ongoing enhancement of the team's resources. In order to ensure that planning is in line with the company's strategic goals and budget preparation, this function works closely with the Finance and People team stakeholders. This is an exciting and difficult prospect due to the company's quick expansion and the growing complexity brought on by new products and services.

On partners like Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago, and other search engines, you will experiment with bidding and pricing techniques as well as ad/campaign structures. Release modifications based on successful tests and adjust to new product features.
