In order to design, prototype, and scale the upcoming generation of our rare-earth reactors, we are seeking a practical mechanical engineer. You will be in charge of designs from conception to commissioning, collaborating closely with researchers and machinists to transform concepts into functional systems.

Construct the hardware needed to run our facilities. You will run machine shop tools, fabricate parts, TIG-weld assemblies, and assemble/commission reactor and support equipment. You approach every assignment with discipline, skill, and a safety-first perspective.

To manage and maintain our rare-earth metal production facility, we are searching for a skilled plant operator. You will be in charge of the daily operations of our pilot-scale production lines, including the management of induction furnaces, vacuum systems, high-temperature reactors, and material handling from feedstock preparation to completed metal. As we move from pilot to commercial production, you will play a crucial part in increasing throughput and uptime while uphold

You will establish code patterns, dependability requirements, and architecture choices that specify the functionality of the main product. Your work is shipped to tens of thousands of developers on quick release cycles by a staff of five.

You will work closely with clients, conducting proof-of-concept deployments, comprehending their business processes, and using what you learn to create products. It is better to assess the feedback loop between "what the customer needs" and "what we build" in days rather than quarters.
