Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service.
Create, select, and manage engaging content (posts, images, videos) for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Google Listings.
Develop effective marketing strategies based on extensive market research to target potential audience and market trends.
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Shoot and edit high-quality videos and take professional photos to be used across social media channels.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track and improve performance.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Knowledge of social media management tools.
Familiarity with Google Listings management.
