6 days a week, Sunday to Friday
Duties
Cut, descale, skin, gut and fillet fish products
Portion fish in relation to specific requirements
During processing, ensure product quality
Weigh, pack and label products in line with industry standards (as directed)
Maintain clean tools and equipment (hygiene)
Partake in training as and when required
Adhere to relevant company policies and guidelines
Carry out other tasks as directed
Applicant Requirements
Previous experience in fish processing/butchery
Proficient in the use of hand tools
Knowledgeable on fish cuts and portion sizes
Physically fit due to the demands of the job
Diligent approach
Self-motivated
Work well to instructions
Team player
Good time management
