You will be responsible for inventory monitoring in our gridBox warehouse and placing orders to ensure a constant stock level for production
You have an overview of all ordered and incoming deliveries and can therefore react in good time to impending delivery bottlenecks and find suitable solutions
You coordinate the goods and work closely with our production team and warehouse logistics
You support the negotiation of delivery and service contracts and, together with the team, maintain relationships with our partners such as external warehouse keepers or suppliers
You work actively on optimizing processes and also have the opportunity to help shape and implement new processes
You will be responsible for complaint management and the processing of international shipments
HOW TO MAKE YOU AND YOUR APPLICATION STAND OUT
You have successfully completed commercial or technical training with initial work experience in a similar function or a business degree with a focus on supply chain management
You are an absolute numbers fan and have very good Excel skills as well as initial experience with an ERP system
You enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality
You impress with a structured, independent and analytical way of working as well as with strong communication skills
Your very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
