In order to prepare for the organization-wide strategic planning process that will take place between 2025 and 2030, it is necessary to closely collaborate with the Global Director of Programs (GDoP) to conduct a global program review, investigate new prospects, and produce the program proposal.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Demonstrable high-level skills in collecting, collating and synergizing ideas into clear written text and visual presentations
Experience working with globally complex organizations to design, deliver and develop programme strategy
Comfortable working with a tried and tested theory of change
Commitment to feminist analysis and practice
A history in international development programming
Keen understanding of current global power and development dynamics, particularly through a gendered lens
Proven social research, mapping, and analysis skills
Excellent writing skills, in English
