Social Media Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with our brand’s objectives and resonate with our target audience; Create and curate engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging social channels; Stay current with social media trends and leverage them to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Content Creation and Curation: Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos of events, team activities, and product showcases for social media; Write compelling posts, captions, and articles that reflect our brand’s voice and attract our audience; Edit and optimize multimedia content, ensuring it’s tailored for each platform and resonates with our followers.
Community Engagement: Actively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and friendly manner; Foster meaningful interactions that enhance brand loyalty and community growth; Organize and participate in social media takeovers, live events, and other interactive content initiatives.
Campaign Management and Analytics: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions; Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms. Use data-driven insights to optimize content, adjust strategies, and report on the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with internal teams including graphics, sales, human resources and product departments to align social media content with broader company goals. Collaborate with external stakeholders and influencers to expand our reach and enhance content creation. Continuously explore and test new social media tools, platforms, and content formats to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
Completed studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in social media management and content creation with a proven track record of managing social media channels and executing successful campaigns.
Experience in creating engaging multimedia content, including photography and videography.
Well-versed in the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; understanding the unique nuances of different platforms and how to leverage them effectively.
Strong analytical mindset, capable of using data-driven insights to measure performance and optimize social media strategies. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar is preferred.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion without extensive supervision.
A friendly, social personality with a passion for connecting with people, interest in gaming, advertising, and technology with demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year to trade shows, creating appealing social media content.
