To join our vibrant Affiliate Marketing team, we are looking for a highly qualified and driven Digital Marketing Specialist. The ideal applicant will be able to oversee integrated digital marketing initiatives from inception to completion and possess a solid grasp of contemporary tools and tactics. To expand our Affiliate Program globally, we are looking for a highly qualified individual with experience in a variety of marketing disciplines, such as influencer, social media, SEO, sponsored search, and public relations.
Based in Cyprus, you will manage a wide range of marketing tasks, promotional campaigns, search activities, and analytics. Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, PR, social media, and display advertising.
Define market positioning, identify target audiences, and develop strategic marketing plans across various channels (Google Ads, SM channels, listing/review websites, influencers campaigns, etc).
Measure and report on digital campaign performance, evaluating against ROI and KPI targets.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights, optimizing campaign spend and performance accordingly.
Track, assess, and optimize the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives.
Prepare and update post-campaign reports and documentation on Confluence.
Conduct research on affiliate industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare analytical reports on global and regional Affiliate program performance.
Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and SEO optimization.
Implement SEO recommendations and collaborate with other teams for best practices.
Manage and expand social media presence across major platforms.
Monitor and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing ads and content.
Engage and coordinate with various stakeholders and teams to drive campaign success.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in either marketing/technology-related business analyst/product owner positions.
Affiliate industry or digital marketing experience (a competitive advantage).
Analytical skills and financial accuracy, working with big data masses.
Experience in working with either one of the following: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), Unbounce, etc.
Data-driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms
Fluent in English, with an ability to read and write in any other language (a competitive advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
Process-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
