AFTER PROBATION PERIOD COMPLETION SUCCESSFULLY, SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE. We are seeking to sponsor individuals who are presently in the UK under a worker, dependent, student, or Tier 4 visa. To assist our services in the Wells and Chewton Mendip areas, we are seeking assist Workers.
We want someone who really wants to make a difference and is looking for something rewarding with no 2 days being the same!! The people we support like to be busy and we are looking for an individual who will support them with a variety of activities.
Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles)
Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
Sufficient experience in the care sector
Basic IT skills
Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
To ensure the people we support receive care appropriate to their individual needs
To participate in activities of their choice
To support the individual with all aspects of daily living
Where necessary, to carry out personal care/ medication
To attend all mandatory training
Full time contract – 80 hours per fortnight
5.6 weeks annual leave + an extra day for your birthday
