Job Responsibilities:

  8. Implement and maintain robust systems and processes for procurement, order management, and supply chain visibility.

  9. Manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and warehousing partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  10. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance related to sourcing, procurement, and supply chain activities.

  4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and international trade regulations.

  5. Experience in managing global suppliers and conducting business across different countries, especially the US, China, UK, and Canada.

  6. Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools for inventory management, order tracking, and data analysis.

  7. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  8. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
