The person in this position reports to the Senior Director of Client Success and Operations and is part of the Client Success and Operations team. The role entails assisting in the growth of internal company procedures and system architecture in order to improve client-facing operations. The goal is to increase effectiveness by understanding company needs and developing solutions through cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, the position entails providing technical support to internal teams, triaging advanced problems to appropriate teams, and working in staging environments (Salesforce) to improve client initiatives such as automation and flow enhancements.
