You will be in charge of the front office staff, including the Nights, in your capacity as front office manager. You'll make sure the team is prepared for their regular duties and lend a hand when things become crazy. Working to ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and that customer feedback is handled. Your team will follow your leadership, be inspired by your motivation, and meet and surpass customer expectations. This is an active management position that involves setting the example.
