An exceptionally well-organized Executive Assistant to assist the CEO and Executive Staff of the company in their daily tasks. This crucial position is frequently viewed as the right-hand man or woman of the top executive and, consequently, as a leader inside the company. It is crucial to have experience carrying out a range of administrative and staff support tasks. Responsibilities
Day to day direct executive support, project management or operations management.
Acting as team communication leader and project manager ensuring efficient information sharing
Assist with daily calendar management, task scheduling, and email correspondence.
Conduct online research and compile email summaries based on findings.
Attend executive meetings, ensuring accurate minute-taking, note compilation, and action point tracking.
Prioritize tasks for various teams, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Handle office administrative tasks as directed and as necessary.
Analyzing, streamlining and automating workflows
Tool recommendations, data migration, set up and training
Developing, launching and leading initiatives regarding efficiency, organization, team building, marketing, hiring, and more.
Manage and organize internal documents, promotional materials, and digital folder structures.
Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
Long term goal planning, and breaking down those goals into achievable projects with specific steps and due dates
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Verbal Communication via phone and email in fluent English is key
Outstanding written and verbal communication proficiency.
A minimum of three years of experience in an executive assistant role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook, and GSuite/Google Docs.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
