For the position of Head of Customer Experience, we are looking for a dynamic and client-centered leader. We are a technologically advanced custom manufacturing company, and this role will manage the entire customer journey, working with engineering on the initial customer experience, working with marketing to make sure we are speaking to the customer in a way that optimises their experience, to design, to working with sales, and working with the supply chain team to ensure that the customer receives the ideal experience. We are searching for a leader that is data-driven, has extensive knowledge of call centre metrics, and has managed remote teams.
