An opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administration Manager. The Administration Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight and line management of the admin teams. This is overlapped with service management responsibilities to provide progression opportunities and variation in the role. We are looking for a confident, well-motivated, reliable and pro-active individual to support and manage the administrative team across the service, bringing new ideas to improve the service provided to our patients across Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas. This role includes the opportunity to work closely on projects to improve and transform the service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with proven experience of managing a team. They will have the ability to deal with sensitive situations and conflict in a diplomatic and tactful manner and will have experience of recruitment and sickness absence management, along with the ability to coordinate and motivate staff to ensure a consistent standard is delivered.
