For our Surface Operations Mine Maintenance Department, we are looking for an Advisor Drills. The position will assist the Mine Maintenance team by managing the organized and methodical maintenance procedures to effectively maintain the Surface Operation fleet. including, but not limited to, their associated performance, cost optimization of those assets over the course of their lives, risk reduction, and eventually realizing the organization's strategic strategy. To accomplish the goals of our department, the Advisor will provide frontline leadership, mentorship, and advice on the efficient implementation and execution of important Surface Operation units. International relocation and visa assistance is available for this position
