AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SUCCESS COORDINATOR IS NEEDED FOR A FULLY REMOTE JOB ROLE

Your major responsibility as the Customer Experience Coordinator is to provide great onboarding and offboarding experiences to our client personnel. Through successful, proactive contacts, you will shape favorable customer outcomes. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing data and feedback in order to create more efficient processes and improve our valued clients' opinions of the overall service experience. You'll be involved in all elements of client contacts, including end-to-end support, account management, customer guidance and education, and more. Furthermore, all team members will look to you and the Customer Success team for guidance on major choices.
