The daily operations of a sizable front-of-house and back-of-house workforce consisting of over 300 employees spread over 10 locations will be managed by the assistant F&B manager. They will be in charge of maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality throughout the establishment, managing staffing and inventory, and making sure that service runs smoothly.
