Candidates should have experience in HPLC, LCMS and manual techniques. Be able to evidence the performance of manual, complex analytical work in clinical, research or industrial laboratories with an understanding of quality management processes. Specialist knowledge and skills in inherited metabolic diseases are not required, training will be provided. Typical tasks for this role include processing of patient samples, reagent preparation, performing complex biochemical assays, maintenance of equipment including some administrative duties.
