Your mission
We are looking for a sales Admin intern to join our Sales Team. It’s a back-end position, you won’t be directly involved in meetings with clients, prospecting calls, or other front-end activities.
Your main duties are to keep aligned deadlines, contracts and to help draft documents and reports.
An analytical approach would be appreciated, as well as a proactive attitude.
You will be working closely with our CSO.
You’ll be mainly involved in the following activities:
Draft new contracts and renewals.
Draft reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Check deadlines of existing deals.
Follow the registration process on the enterprise customer’s supplier portal.
Requirements
Fluency in English & Italian, both oral and written;
You are a self-starter with attention to detail;
You have a proactive attitude.

Location At iubenda we believe in full-remote. Accordingly, you will be completely free and entitled to work from wherever you prefer in the world.
At the same time, at your disposal, you have our Bologna and Milan offices. Both are incredibly nice places to work from, located in the center of their respective cities. In case you would prefer to work from one of our offices and not remotely, we are currently offering a hybrid work model, in which we give the possibility to our team members to work from one of our offices up to 2 days per week.
