This program is intended for junior software engineers who want to advance in their careers by taking a less common but more rigorous route to growth. Among the many skills needed for success are a strong sense of ownership, a "get things done" mentality, and a deep comprehension of basic engineering principles. You might work in AI engineering, backend development, cybersecurity and infrastructure, or mobile development (Android, iOS). Given that formal work experience is not a prerequisite, this is a fantastic opportunity for budding software engineers with talent.
