As a member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing the overall people leadership and strategy for the company. S/he will build a scalable, best-in-class Human Resources function, with oversight of all aspects of HR management including talent acquisition, talent management, organizational development, culture, and compliance and governance. S/he will serve as a strategic business partner and adviser to the CEO and executive management and set and drive forward people-related strategies in support of the entire Supplemental Health organization. S/he will uphold the company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
