We're seeking a self-starter who appreciates a dynamic work atmosphere and wants to be the primary point of contact for our clients. As a client intake representative, you will be the first to speak with a prospective new client who wants to make an appointment for mental health care. The majority of your time will be spent using the phone and email to efficiently respond to client inquiries and swiftly and accurately schedule the client, as necessary, with the ideal mental health physician for them. You will work closely with our Client Intake Lead to develop and implement best-in-class customer assistance. You will report directly to her. You'll experience what it's like to start a company from scratch right away.
