As a Community Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the growing community operations team which takes care of our customer experience. You will be our voice for our customers while working closely with city teams to surface insights and share user feedback. This role is a great opportunity to learn how micromobility startups operate sustainably. You will not only engage with our customers and solve their issues. You will also create meaningful change by contributing to strike teams and projects that build support policies, establish scalable processes, and other collaborative initiatives.
