As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will have a key role in the retention and growth of our company partners. This role will be responsible for building stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns and initiatives. Your mission will be to build a community of fanatic brand advocates. This position works directly with the partner success and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention to drive revenue.
