As our Senior IQ Implementation Specialist for ApartmentIQ, you’ll help develop and own the entire onboarding journey for new ApartmentIQ Customers from the time of purchase through the handoff to a CSM. You’ll work hand in hand with our customers to understand their businesses and the problems they’re working to solve inside and out in order to set up an individualized onboarding and training plan to ensure adoption of the product. You’ll use your project management skills to ensure that customers are onboarded and optimized from a technical perspective as well as lead all customer communication, trainings, and follow up to ensure that all key stakeholders with each customer actively buy in and use the tool to its full potential. As a part of our newest business unit, ApartmentIQ team members will have a significant impact on the processes that shape the evolution and success of this product. We’re looking for team members that are comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrive working in an ambiguous environment that is rapidly growing and changing.
