We are looking for a Customer Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing Customer Operations teams. The Customer Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing upgrades to our customer environment, rollouts of product features and configuration of changes. You will be a part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment for complex, global customers responsible for ensuring that our customers always work on the latest and greatest version of our supplier information management solution.
