A committed Customer Service and Returns Specialist is needed to become a part of our vibrant team. Managing return requests, replying to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, and liaising with suppliers will be your main duties. As you will be tracking several returns at once, obtaining Return Authorizations, and creating return labels, it is imperative that you pay close attention to detail. Working one hour a day on Saturdays and Sundays is part of this full-time role, which allows for a slightly lighter workload during the workweek.
