Our Customer Success Team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) and Technical Support Engineers (TSEs). In this role you will lead a team that enables our Customers to be successful by helping them achieve their desired business outcomes and by accelerating onboarding, product adoption and issue resolution. You will establish expectations and coach to those expectations and also act as an escalation point to Customer Success employees and Solo customers in the region. This position is a remote role, leading a distributed team based in APAC and EMEA.
