At each stage of our customers' journeys, our Success Managers actively collaborate with them to generate great Customer Journey results. The greatest levels of customer satisfaction are always guaranteed by success managers, who function as a partner and thought leaders for our clients while offering proactive and pertinent mentoring. You'll collaborate closely with our rapidly expanding success team, sales team, and product team. Our VP of Customer Success & Support will be your direct supervisor.
