As an Associate Customer Success Manager you will be a critical member of the Customer Success Onboarding team, working directly with our Customer Success Managers to ensure a flawless onboarding for all MessageBird solutions. You’ll be responsible for handing all onboarding tasks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure a seamless experience for the customer. Your role will also allow you to shadow and learn from the Customer Success Managers who will be more involved directly with our customers, so that you can learn and grow into that position with time.
