As a member of our team, you will work to provide both proactive and reactive support to our rapidly expanding customer base. You will collaborate with skilled Customer Success Managers to give help on larger accounts, and you will share responsibility for delivering support to small and mid-sized customers alike. We are looking for self-driven and tech-savvy customer success specialists. You should be adept at negotiation, have good consultative selling abilities, and be able to recognize needs, provide value, and forge enduring partnerships.
