Delivering the LifeConcierge service, which enables clients to regain their time and joy, is the primary responsibility of the Customer Success Associate. In this position, you will contribute to a positive customer experience by assisting in the resolution of client annoyances. Responding to support requests from consumers requires you to first evaluate the request, ascertain whether any additional information is required to help, and then help the customer solve their problem. Broken windshields, trouble hiring a contractor, travel plans, estimates from vendors, etc. are some examples of inconveniences. We are searching for customer success specialists who are passionate about making our customers' lives easier on a daily basis.
