Building and bolstering our incredible staff of devoted Customer Success Managers will be one of your challenges as the manager of the Customer Success team in North America. You'll collaborate with sales representatives and other customer success leaders to hire, mentor, and manage a group of CSMs in a dynamic environment. As we develop and put into practice our global CS strategy, you will also have a significant voice at the leadership table.
