As a CSM, you are in charge of optimizing the benefits that customers receive from our platform. You will be entirely in charge of overseeing customer onboarding, training, and product adoption to make sure they get the most out of it. You will be a process-oriented, technically savvy individual who will work hard to find solutions to client problems and make sure that customers meet their business goals. Work Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM (Monday to Friday - US Shift)
