You will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Development teams as a Customer Success Solutions Engineer to help both Prospects and Customers realize the time-to-value of the solution as soon as possible. To provide our high-profile Prospects and Customers with a first-rate experience, this role will mostly be enterprise-focused. High technical aptitude and the capacity to come up with solutions on the spot rapidly are requirements for this position. They will also assist in making sure that requests are fulfilled on time and in accordance with our clients' confirmations.
