You will play a key role in helping us realize our aim of assisting people in hearing better as a remote customer support coordinator. You will help our clients efficiently and courteously, demonstrating to them that we are a committed team interested in their experience. You'll represent and speak for the exceptional customer service we are known for. You will be in charge of executing administrative and scheduling requests, assigning additional tasks to the proper teams or parties, and prioritizing our help channels. Directly answering to a customer experience manager is the customer support coordinator.
