Customer service representatives have a desire or passion to do their jobs well. They demonstrate a readiness to learn, to listen, and to consistently support the bigger scheme of things. The person performing the analysis will be emotionally intelligent and have a certain level of self-awareness. The Customer Support Representative will assist end users by taking calls and responding to emails to address their questions about the product, offer instructions, and troubleshoot any problems while working under the Customer Support Manager's minimum supervision.
