We're searching for a dynamic, tech-savvy Customer Support Professional with outstanding communication abilities. You will assist customers that use our Product as a customer service specialist by offering support and troubleshooting as necessary. As the first person to contact existing clients, you will be in charge of investigating problems, managing complaints, and ensuring that every contact—whether it be by chat, email, or phone—leads to a client feeling thoroughly cared for.
