You can be a designer, a sales person and engineer or an electrician. All that is important is that you are creative and that you are willing to learn and DO.
We need people that will go out and learn a skill to create something if need be. We need people that can think out of the box on how to find a solution.
Requirements:
Track record of bringing awsome new ideas of how to attract customers
Track record of executing on awesome new ideas to making it a reality
If you have studied digital marketing its a plus - general a bachelor is helpful but not a MUST (if you can prove your awesomeness somehow else).
Language requirements: Fluent German is required, French is a BIG BIG plus and the company language is English.
