DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN | REMOTE

We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced function within the organization and report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager. Successful candidates will work to support efforts and implement tactics to maintain and improve website content and other digital marketing projects across Pansophic business units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Update and maintain website content within the WordPress content management system while adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices, including entering calendar events, uploading documents, creating blog posts, and updating text and graphics on pages.

  • Audit website pages for content gaps and flag outdated content that needs updating.

  • Help create digital assets to be used for marketing and communications across various platforms and reach out to other team leads for content approval as needed.

  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the digital marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in progress for marketing or a related field.

  • Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Basic technical skills with the desire and ability to learn new skills as needed, including, but not limited to content management systems (such as WordPress), web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), digital asset creation tools (such as Canva), social media platforms, and search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Ability to organize and coordinate tasks in a flexible manner to address changing needs.

  • Foundational awareness of user experience (UX) principles and digital communication best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
