You will have the chance to learn and grow at a rapid rate while assisting others in succeeding as a Founders' Associate. You will collaborate directly with the Managing Directors and Senior Management of the organization and assist them in their capacities as company leaders thanks to your aptitude for quick learning and adaptation. You will participate in and contribute to the most important initiatives and projects, and whatever the company's leaders prioritize, so will you. Whether it’s goal planning, confidential M&A transactions, immediate project support, or developing a strategy paper - you will be at the frontline of it.
