About the role:
· Working in CFBL Consulting as a finance and accounting intern will empower you to leverage your strengths and help you develop robust and practical finance and accounting skills

What you will do and learn:
● Finance and Analytics - Using our platforms you will learn to monitor and analyse key information, provide insight for the implementation of financial strategy, mitigate financial risks, implement controls and optimise commercial opportunities.
● Strategic Planning - You will learn to develop, implement and manage strategic business plans, business cases and to communicate recommendations and insights to a network of client organisations, businesses, and individuals.
● Sales, Marketing and Business Development - You will gain an understanding of the key relationship between sales, customer experience and finance nurturing customer relationships for organic business development.
● Technology Research & Development - To enhance the company and its client’s performance, you will be actively involved in research and development including the latest tools to optimise efficiency
● To be a top finance and accounting consultant - you will be an avid learner and knowledge seeker who is keen to be on top of current trends and the latest industry thinking for continuous improvements.
About you:
● You must be pursuing or have earned a related bachelor's or master's degree. Previous knowledge or experience in finance, digital technology, management, maths, economics, or a business discipline would be an added advantage.
● Excellent communication, analytical and creative thinking skills - you will need these to develop internal and client reports and provide relevant financial, commercial, and cost-effective recommendations.
● Problem-solving - the ability to plan, use initiative, prioritise, and stay on top of your outputs and clients’ deliverables to time and a high standard.

· Please note this is an unpaid fully flexible internship, but you should be available to work a minimum of 2-3 days, 20 hours each week for a minimum of 6 months. The closing date for applications is 30th April 2022.
· Interviews will start during the week commencing (1st May 2022), and successful candidates will start during May 2022.
