We are looking for a customer support representative that will work as a member of a considerable international team to provide customer assistance for global consumer electronics and e-commerce companies. You'll be the first person customers speak to over the phone, live chat, social media, and email. You'll be in charge of patiently resolving their problems and assisting them when they most need it. Additionally, you'll receive aided training to help you hone your abilities and create new ones so you can give our clients' and their clients' consumers the best customer service possible. We are a remote company working with passionate agents worldwide.
