The Customer Support Data Analyst is part of the Customer Support TechOps team and is in charge of centralizing the data from various Customer Support tools. You will make sure that this data is accessible and customized for operational leaders across various Support services. This is a fully remote position that requires proficiency in SQL and significant experience working with data warehouses and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will also be meticulous, have exceptional math skills, show initiative, and be curious.
