As a Junior Sous Chef-Pastry, you will accompany us in bringing the FUN to life on one of our amazing cruises as you set sail on a top-tier cruise ship. As the second lead of pastry and bakery operations on board, you will be a member of the middle management team for culinary arts. Assuming the post of Sous Chef - Pastry upon completion of required training, you are expected to cover for the position in its absence.
