In addition to providing Level 2 and 3 computer and network assistance and customer care, the IT assistance Specialist records and fixes IT issues, or refers them to outside vendors if necessary. Manage the internet and system network, including firewalls, switches, and routers; monitor escalated issues; manage the Azure environment from a system and network level; and oversee office 365, telephony, and security procedures.
