You will supervise and collaborate closely with one or more of our company's departments in your role as a People Partner. In order to determine how you are most suited to assist those teams, you will attempt to comprehend the business objectives of every department you collaborate with. Working with people in those departments, getting to know their daily routines, and assisting department managers in proactively addressing personnel issues that may eventually impede or completely stop them from accomplishing their business objectives will make up a large portion of your work. You will also be in charge of the day-to-day operations, which includes distributing offer letters, resolving personnel conflicts, examining and processing title, manager, and other changes.
