This role consists of HR Administrator role (0.5 FT) and HR Finance Systems Administrator role (0.5 FT) playing an essential coordination role between both HR and Grants teams. As HR Administrator, you will work closely with HR Partners providing them with a wide range of administrative HR support. Your role will be key to providing good HR support to EMBL-EBI staff and to the effective operation of HR processes. As HR-Finance Systems Administrator you will coordinate the processes for the financial approval of personnel changes and are responsible for the input and quality control of the data around the HR-Finance interface, including maintaining financial commitments for staff across cost centres.
