HR INTERN, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

We are looking for an HR Expansion Intern to help us grow our operating infrastructure and HR knowledge across the world and deliver on our mission of “employment at the click of a button” worldwide. At an exciting time of fast growth for WorkMotion, this highly entrepreneurial role will cover a diverse set of responsibilities and growth opportunities in a very international setting.

What you’ll do…

  • Execute WorkMotion’s international expansion strategy by helping to understand and set up HR processes in countries we expand our infrastructure to, thereby enabling our foreign entities to be operational and employ compliantly worldwide.

  • Analyze HR requirements on a country-by-country basis, building knowledge to operate in a new country, and working with WorkMotion customer experience and HR operations teams to make this knowledge accessible internally and to our clients.

  • Draft and implement the HR processes required for hiring and managing employees across WorkMotion’s global entities (e.g. HR set-up, reporting) while focusing on standardization and transferability.

  • Cross-functionally collaborate with WorkMotion’s Legal, Client Operations, Finance, and Product teams to integrate and productize processes globally, optimize the speed and experience we offer, and standardize our approach across the entire organization.

What we’re looking for…

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or completing one

  • Experience in HR processes set-up or improvement, and project management

  • Proven problem-solving skills with determination to independently and creatively unblock challenges and deliver results

  • Open-minded and entrepreneurial work attitude, with the ability to respond flexibly across a varying and dynamic set of topics and tasks

  • Comfortable in a high-pace work environment, while maintaining high attention to detail and organization

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Excited and passionate about shaping the future of work and access to global talent
