A Manager of Inbound Customer Success is required to manage our Inbound Customer Success team. Using email, chat, phone, and video calls, our Customer Success Experts are in charge of providing our global client base with white-glove care and value. To ensure the steady expansion of both our client base and the Customer Success division, you will work in tandem with the department's leadership as a manager. While guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction, you will coach and teach your staff to achieve their performance metrics.
